A kneeboard is a board that you sit on your knees. They can be used while being towed behind a boat or with oars, on a lake or river.
The necessary equipment includes a tow rope, a knee plate and a boat that can travel between 28 and 32 km / h. Also most importantly, a certified life jacket for safety. The beginnings of the knees are relatively simple, and the rider does not have to travel very fast.
